Detach yourself from factory foods!

Here you provide your body with all its needed nutritional requirements supplied by the consumption of;
  • Water, water, and water… drink daily half your weight in ounces (i.e. your weight = 150lb, then your body needs about 75 oz of water daily)
  • small amounts (2-3oz. per meal) of 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised hormone, steroids, and antibiotic free animal products; wild and domestic raised animals, i.e. beef, bison, elk, goat, sheep, pork, turkey, chicken, duck, geese, quail, etc,
  • fish – only wild caught fish, preferably cold water species; salmon, mackerel, sardines, caviar, crab, lobster, shrimp
  • all the fibrous vegetables you wish to eat;  artichoke, arugula, asparagus, cooked bamboo shoots, cooked or raw green beans, snap beans, beet and beet greens, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, celeriac (celery root), celery, swiss-chard, collards, cucumber, dandelion greens, eggplant, endive, fennel bulb, hearts of palm, kale, lettuce, butter-head, romaine, mustard greens, mushrooms (except shitake),  olives,  okra, parsley, peppers, serano,  jalapeno, sweet green, sweet red, pumpkin, cooked, radishes, rhubarb, sauerkraut, scallions (green onions), spinach, cooked, or raw, squash, summer, zucchini, spaghetti squash, eggplant, tomatoes, turnips, cooked turnip greens, cooked watercress, along with some sea vegetables.
  • moderate quantities of nuts and seeds (soaked nuts and seeds over night then dehydrated); almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, (no not peanuts! Peanuts are not in the nut family and are a legume which need to be avoided) sunflower seeds, pumpkin seed, flax seed.  If you need a little something sweet after a meal during the transition a tea spoon of a nut butter satisfies nicely… right off the spoon, i.e. almond butter.
  • eggs from 100% pasture-raised chicken, ducks, geese, etc.
  • small amounts of dairy from 100% grass-fed animals and only raw, unpasteurized (usually found only through direct ownership i.e. coop animal owners shares).  Dairy is not needed or essential to our health.
  • cook only with coconut oil, palm oil, and/or extra virgin olive oil and ‘real’ butter and lard from pasture raised animals.

When we eat as designed through evolution the body turns off the signal to eat more.  The “hunting is good” signal (which means to your body “your nutrient requirements have been satisfied”) is turned on.  This signal is disrupted when we eat mostly grains, starches and sugars (nutrition-less carbohydrates).  The return of your body’s optimum function, when supplied with it’s best fuel, is instinctive and becomes automatic.

Four easy words for one rule for your health… Don’t Eat Factory Food.

  • …the avoidance of all refined sugars and grain flour
  • …the avoidance of High Fructose Corn Syrup and all other sugars, sweeteners, artificial sweeteners, etc.
  • …the avoidance of carbohydrates in the form of starch; rice, potatoes, pasta, legumes
  • …the avoidance of wheat products; bread, pastries, bagels, cakes, donuts, etc.
  • …the avoidance of all cereal grains
  • …the avoidance of all highly processed foods, all “junk food”
  • …the avoidance of industrial/factory created cooking oils and other trans-fats
  • …the avoidance of all sodas and “fruit juices” (eat a little real fruit)

Weight (extra human fat from years of sugar overdoes) starts to be removed from your system because the “famine” is over along with the sugar-removal emergency.  Our body’s nutrient needs have been satisfied or it pulls it out of your bones and other areas.  Your body knows, instinctively, to be ready for the next predator (our government) or for the next food that comes along, the extra weight on the body will slow it’s performance.  What a sweet system it is… when we work and fuel our body’s with nature!

This shift from being a sugar burner (a carboholic) back to being a fat burner is the key to restoring your health.
